A Little About Elite Living
I am certified in providing Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I am trained in parts work using Internal Family Systems (IFS) and tapping using Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT). Other certifications I have earned relate to trauma treatments (CCTP) and compassion fatigue/burnout (CCFP). I also am a Certified Master Spiritual Life Coach.
