Dr. Jessica Arneson started Elite Living to provide services aimed at bettering lives and promoting positive growth. She has extensive experience in the mental health field and focuses her time now helping individuals who struggle with trauma symptoms, anxiety, identity issues, life transitions, and burnout.
A Little About Elite Living
Dr. Arneson is certified in providing Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and trained in parts work using Internal Family Systems (IFS). Other certifications she has earned relate to trauma treatments (CCTP) and compassion fatigue/burnout (CCFP). Dr. Arneson is also a Certified Master Spiritual Life Coach.

Mental Health Therapy
$250 (sliding scale available based on financial need)
Virtual talk therapy for people who experience post-traumatic stress, anxiety, identity issues, and burnout using evidence-based practices including DBT and IFS.
Life Coaching
Starting at $250 a session (discounted package deals of 3, 6, 9, and 12-month packages)
A more directed approach for various life problems. Coaching allows us to work on things that insurance companies and state licenses do not cover. Techniques in life coaching are more experiential and oftentimes help people even more than therapeutic interventions.
Consultation & Training
Starting at $125 per person (discounted deals based on number of attendees)
Creation of mental health programming including group therapy curriculum. Dialectical Behavior Therapy training for mental health professionals, and compassion fatigue/burnout training for healthcare professionals.
Clinical Supervision
Starting at $130 a session (discounted package rates available)
Virtual clinical supervision for practicum students and master's level clinicians working toward licensure in California.

The full-cost services allow Elite Living to provide low-to-no-cost therapy services to those who truly need them. By paying for your services, you are helping others receive help who may not have been able to afford them otherwise. Package deals and sliding scales are available.

Dr. Arneson collaborates with Thrizer (www.thrizer.com) as an out-of-network provider. This allows her to work with just about any insurance company and plan. Inquire more about this option.
